What is Robenacoxib ?
Robenacoxib reduces inflammation and pain caused by acute and chronic skeletal muscle abnormalities, and reduces pain and inflammation after canine orthopedics and soft tissue surgery. Treat cats with acute pain and inflammation. For perioperative analgesia, subcutaneous injection is recommended approximately 30 minutes before the start of surgery.

Function & Application of  Robenacoxib
One injection can control the pain for up to 24h. In the perioperative period, all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be used with caution, because during hypotension, these drugs may have an adverse effect on renal perfusion. If hypotension is expected to occur during anesthesia, robecoxib should be delayed until the animal is fully awake and Blood Pressure returns to normal. Oral tablets should be stuffed directly into the mouth, and a small amount of food can also be mixed in cats. Do not mix food when giving the dog, as this will reduce its effectiveness. In cats, due to the long half-life of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and the narrow therapeutic dose range, special care must be taken to maintain the accuracy of the dose and not to exceed the recommended dose. Following the injection, oral administration was not permitted. If the clinical improvement is not obvious, oral administration should be stopped after 10 days.
