The preparation methods
A method for industrial preparation of sevoflurane, characterized by the following steps:
a. Add chloromethyl ether and alkali metal fluoride to the solvent at a molar ratio of 1:1 to 5, wherein the alkali metal fluoride is potassium fluoride or sodium fluoride, and the solvent is polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 400, triethylene glycol, diethylene glycol or 18-corona-6-ether;
b. After stirring the above liquid evenly, raise the temperature to reflux and keep the reflux reaction for 3 ~ 10 hours;
c. After the above reaction, the reaction liquid is cooled to below 20°C and then filtered to collect the filtrate;
d. The filtrate was combined with the reaction residue and distilled at atmospheric pressure, and the fraction below 80°C was collected to produce the crude sevoflurane, and then the finished sevoflurane was produced by rectification.
