What is Clorsulon powder?

Clorsulon (L631529; MK401 is an oral active insecticide (Flukicidal Agent) used for liver fluke (Fasciola gigantica) infection of calf and sheep. Clorsulon is also a competitive inhibitor of 3-phosphoglycerate and ATP, and inhibits glucose utilization and the formation of acetic acid and propionic acid in mature liver fluke in vitro.
