What is Lyophilized hirudin ?
Hirudin is composed of several different types of monosaccharide heterogeneous polymer, these sugars are five six carbon carbon sugar and sugar,including xylose,abreu sugar ,mannose and galactose and so on.
Hirudin xylan in wood tissues accounted for 50% of the total, Hirudin combined on the surface of cellulose microfibril,and mutual connection,the fiber form the hard cells connected network.

Function of Lyophilized hirudin

1.Hirudin is a naturally occurring peptide in the salivary glands of medicinal leeches (Hirudo medicinalis) that has a blood anticoagulant property.
2.Hirudin is similar to antithrombin III, the anticoagulatant activity of hirudin powder is based on its ability to inhibit the pro-coagulant activity of thrombin.
3.Hirudin can prevent or dissolve the formation of clots and thrombi (i.e. it has a thrombolytic activity), and has therapeutic value in blood coagulation disorders, in the treatment of skin hematomas and of superficial varicose veins.

Application of Lyophilized hirudin
