Diclazuril is a white or light yellow powder, almost odorless. Slightly soluble in dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in tetrahydrofuran, and almost insoluble in water and ethanol. It is a triazine benzene acetonitrile compound, a new, highly effective, low-toxic anticoccidial drug, and is widely used for chicken coccidiosis.
Pharmacological action
Diclazuril is a triazone compound with broad-spectrum anticoccidial activity and is widely used for chicken coccidiosis. Toltrazuril has a wide range of sites for coccidia, and it has an effect on the two asexual cycles of coccidia, such as inhibiting schizonts, the nuclear division of the small gametophyte and the wall forming body of the small gametophyte.
Indications
Anticoccidial drugs. It is used to treat poultry coccidiosis. This product is effective for chicken pile type, Brinell, giant, tender, poisonous and slow Eimeria; Eimeria glandularis, Eimeria turkey; and geese Goose Eimeria ball. Both Eimeria truncated and Eimeria truncated have good inhibitory effects.
Dosage
Mixed drinking: chicken, treat 100ml per bottle with 150kg of water, drink it intensively, use it for 3 days, the preventive dose is halved.
Adverse reactions
According to the prescribed usage and dosage, no adverse reactions have been seen.
Precautions
Continued application is easy to make the coccidia resistant, therefore, continuous application should not exceed 6 months.
